Festival wristbanding hours:
Thursday 1st Aug: 9am – 4.30pm (Beat the Buzz)
Friday 2nd Aug: 9am – 1am
Saturday 3rd Aug: 10am – 1am
Only the following purchased or complimentary ticket types will be wristbanded on Thursday 1 August 2024, at the ticket containers:
Premium Lounge Tickets
Luju Gardens Tickets
Kids Tickets
Please Note:
• No other Ticket Types will be scanned including Camping Tickets, Traders Tickets, etc.
• Please come with your ticket downloaded on your phone/tablet or printed off on a piece of paper to avoid delays
• Wristbands are valid for 2 days (02 and 03 August 2024)
• Do not remove or tamper with your wristband
• Removal of your wristband will automatically forfeit access to the festival

- The bar code is the most important part of the ticket. Bar codes can be duplicated hence it is important to always keep your bar code safe.
- Standard Bank Luju Food & Lifestyle Festival does not create ticket bar codes. Ticket bar codes are system generated and assigned to tickets when they are dispatched off the system. Standard Bank Luju Food & Lifestyle Festival is not responsible for the duplication of bar codes once they have been dispatched off the system to your email address. If you suspect that your ticket has been tampered with or the bar code might be compromised please contact us immediately at adminassistant@house-on-fire.com and copy in tickets@house-on-fire.com.
